REPAIRS

Any repair or replace any broken or missing pieces as a result of a manufacturing defect is free of charge within the first 6 months of purchase. Please note shipping cost is not included.

SIZING

For the ring sizes, please choose the right size from the menu. If you are not sure about the right finger size, you can use this template to find your finger size or email us at haleh@dorrjewellery.com to help you make the correct decision.

 

We offer complimentary ring sizing and chain adjustment on necklaces within the first 6 months of purchase. Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after that. Email us to find out the process.

 

 

JEWELLERY CARE TIPS

Place your jewellery in a safe location while showering, sleeping, doing any house cleaning.

 

Ensure your valuable pieces against theft or loss and add them to your home insurance.

 

Be gentle with your jewellery pieces. Use old soft toothbrush and soap to remove dirt and oil from your jewellery. For professional and deep cleaning, please contact us. 

 

Store pearl jewellery in a different place as they are easy to get damaged.
